The final Gala of the nationwide “KWIAT DOJRZAŁOŚCI” project’s second edition, organized by Arche Hotel Krakowska in Warsaw, is over!
Katarzyna Jaskólska from Muranowiec won “Kwiat dojrzałości 2024” in the 55+ category, while Małgorzata Jarocka from Stalowa Wola won the title in the 45–55 category.
On Saturday, August 24, the final Gala of the project “Kwiat dojrzałości 2024” took place at Arche Hotel Krakowska in Warsaw. This was the event’s second edition. “Kwiat Dojrzałości” is Poland’s unique initiative focused on engaging women of retirement
and pre-retirement age, giving them control over their lives and, above all, space for fulfillment and pursuing dreams, because it is never too late. The project’s idea and main goals are to support women by engaging them in social life and creating space for exchanging life experiences.
From nearly 200 casting participants in three cities this year, a 22-member finalist group was selected. The finalists included women from Poland’s most remote regions, a representative of the Ukrainian community, and a Polish woman
– Izabela, who has lived abroad for 30 years, currently in Sweden.
At the Gala, 22 project participants appeared before an audience of over 200 in several segments: a spectacular opening presentation by the young, award-winning designer – Julia Tomaszewska; a women’s collection by fashion creators Czaplarska&Kryszak, Mana Art. Wear sweatshirts, project-logo T-shirts by Koszulki z garażu, and evening gowns from
salon Forever – Łopuszańska in Warsaw.
Between the dynamic presentations, the stage featured: Izabela Rakoczy, one of the 22 participants, performing a dance called cygańska somalijka, and the talented Paulla
- a singer whose electrifying voice reaches the soul’s deepest corners. She feels especially close to women, supporting and motivating them to work on themselves, love themselves and thus find
– true happiness. The Gala was hosted by Polish-Spanish master of ceremonies, actor and TV and radio presenter – Conrado Moreno, and TVP World host and journalist – Piotr Kurządkowski. As in the first edition, choreography was prepared by – Marzanna Rutkowska.
“Kwiat dojrzałości” is Poland’s first project of its kind for mature women, combining many diverse elements. For the second consecutive year, its comprehensive delivery was handled by Anna Kurządkowska-Kosińska – PR Manager at the property, who has over ten years’ experience organizing and managing events, including television productions. As Project Executive Manager, she was responsible for the entire event production: preparing the brief, securing project and media partners, scheduling both residential sessions, writing the script, and delivering the final Gala technically and artistically. The project coordinator is Julia Bąk – Community Animator at Arche Hotel Krakowska, who has worked at Arche Hotel Krakowska for over four years and advanced through nearly every level of the hotel hierarchy.
