The minimum stay is 30 days. Long Stay is a month-to-month agreement — no fixed long-term commitment, with the option to extend as needed. We do not charge any deposit. Long Stay apartments at Arche Hotel Krakowska are available without a deposit for rentals of 30 days or more. The only upfront fee is the first full month's payment, due upon signing the contract.

Each configuration is priced individually — the price depends on the selected area. One fixed monthly fee includes: apartment rental, utilities (electricity and water), buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant, unlimited Wi-Fi, unlimited gym access, weekly cleaning and linen and towel changes, laundry and ironing options, cable TV, air conditioning, security and monitoring, 24-hour reception service, and underground parking space subject to availability. Yes, the Long Stay offer is dedicated to both companies and individuals. A company can sign an agreement for accommodation of an employee assigned to Warsaw—no deposit, flexible month-to-month terms, and a fixed monthly fee. Please arrange billing conditions and any guest changes directly with reception.

Kitchenettes are available in 50 m² and 45 m² apartments. The 42 m² studio apartment and single and double rooms do not have kitchenettes. If there is no kitchenette, we especially recommend choosing the Long Stay offer with breakfast.

Yes, all Long Stay apartments and rooms are fully furnished and equipped—you can move in without buying any furniture or appliances. Standard features include furniture, cable TV, air conditioning, and unlimited Wi-Fi. A detailed list of each layout's amenities is available during the apartment viewing.

Yes, laundry and ironing services are included in the standard Long Stay offer. This service is available on-site to all residents. Please discuss the schedule and laundry requests with the reception upon check-in.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is available in all Long Stay configurations. Larger apartments (45 m² and 50 m²) have separate living areas that can be set up as remote workspaces. The hotel also offers shared spaces, including the lobby. It's advisable to confirm the availability of a dedicated desk in the chosen configuration directly when booking.

Standard apartment cleaning, including linen and towel change, occurs once a week and is included in the monthly fee. For additional cleaning outside the regular schedule, please arrange directly with reception — terms and any extra charges are set by hotel staff.

Royal SPA is available on site to all guests and Long Stay residents. SPA treatments are not included in the standard monthly Long Stay fee and are charged extra according to the SPA price list. See the Royal SPA page for details and opening hours, or ask at reception.

Yes, Arche Hotel Krakowska is pet-friendly — we accept dogs, cats, and other pets. The pet accommodation fee is 70 PLN per night, per animal in the room, with 50% donated to animal shelters. Nearby are Szczęśliwicki Park and several small parks perfect for daily walks. Please confirm stays with pets under the Long Stay agreement at booking.

The Long Stay offer comes in two options: accommodation with buffet breakfasts included or without breakfast, with a correspondingly lower monthly fee. Whichever you choose, you can also enjoy Impresja restaurant, serving modern international cuisine; Na Słotko café, with freshly ground coffee and sweet pastries; and Lobby Bar No.237, offering a wide selection of drinks. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant are available at an extra charge.

Renting a space in the underground parking is an additional paid service and is not included in the monthly Long Stay fee. It is possible to purchase such a space, but please note that parking availability depends on free spots. The hotel also has surface parking. Availability and costs of a guaranteed parking space should be discussed directly with reception when signing the contract.

The hotel is located at Aleja Krakowska 237, 02-180 Warsaw, in the Włochy district — 3 km from Chopin Airport (Okęcie) and 7 km from the city center. It takes about 5–10 minutes by car from the airport. The nearest public transport stop is right outside the hotel, providing easy bus or tram access to central Warsaw. Current lines and schedules are available in the ZTM Warszawa app.

Yes, near the hotel there is Park Szczęśliwicki and several smaller green areas—perfect for daily walks, jogging, or dog-walking. Park Szczęśliwicki is one of the larger parks in this part of Warsaw, with extensive recreational facilities. Check Google Maps for the exact walking time from the hotel.

Arche Hotel Krakowska is located on the main traffic artery of the Włochy district — Aleja Krakowska — providing access to grocery stores, pharmacies, and service points.
