The internet is now an inseparable part of life for children and adults. It offers vast opportunities but also carries risks, awareness of which is essential for safe use of the digital world. That's why we organized a special event on child and family safety online at Arche Hotel Krakowska.
Knowledge, dialogue, and prevention
During the event, we addressed many important and timely topics. We discussed the online safety of children, the digital world's impact on their well-being, preventing violence and hate speech, and ways to respond to hate, phishing, and other online threats.
The meeting also provided a chance to talk about conscious parenting, building trust, and creating a space where children can openly share their experiences and problems. Participants received many practical tips on recognizing threats and properly responding to troubling situations.
Experts and distinguished guests
The event was led by Elżbieta Hilt, Head of Relations at Arche Hotel Krakowska. As a mother of two, she shared not only her knowledge but also personal experiences and approaches to raising children in the age of new technologies.

- Ilona Adamska – inspiring speaker, expert in countering hate speech, recognized female entrepreneurship leader, and creator of the nationwide social campaign “I don’t hate – I motivate”;
- Monika Mrozowska – actress, author of cookbooks, and advocate of conscious parenting;
- Justyna Kozłowska – creator of the parenting vlog “10 minutes of
- Barbara Wolanin – sensory integration therapist working with children since 2016, supporting their motor, emotional, and social development.
The diverse experiences of our guests allowed us to view online safety from legal, psychological, educational, and social perspectives.
Responsibility begins with awareness
It was an inspiring meeting filled with valuable talks, personal experiences, and practical knowledge. At Arche Hotel Krakowska, we aim not only to offer space for important initiatives but also to actively create and support them.
Through such efforts, we promote digital hygiene, raise threat awareness, and emphasize education and prevention's role in combating harmful online behavior. We believe open dialogue, proper knowledge, and adult engagement help build a safer digital space for children and youth.
