The first “KWIAT DOJRZAŁOŚCI” edition’s final gala, held at Arche Hotel Krakowska, Warsaw, is over!
Joanna Dyrkacz from Warsaw won “Kwiat dojrzałości Senior 2023”, while Adriana Jabłońska from Łódź received the “Kwiat dojrzałości” title!
On Saturday, 26 August, our hotel hosted the final gala of the “Kwiat Dojrzałości” project. Nine exceptional women were selected and honored from among 22 participants: two main winners and seven complementary titles. During the event, participants presented themselves several times in live shows and video materials prepared during the first and second group sessions. All 22 finalists appeared in outfits prepared by the event partners. Comfortable casual outfits were prepared by LAVINA Łopuszańska boutique. The ladies also presented elegant evening gowns supplied by FOREVER Dress Salon, also located on Łopuszańska Street in Warsaw. The show also featured red gowns designed by Ela Piorun and colorful sweatshirts sewn by the designer.

What else happened during the final gala?
Besides the presentations of each finalist, Piotr Hubert Langfort performed during breaks—known for appearing in iconic TVP shows such as “Sanatorium miłości” and “The Voice Senior”—as did Agnieszka KOVA Kowalczyk, a cellist combining classical and popular music. The gala was hosted by journalist Ilona Januszewska and TVP World presenter and journalist Piotr Kurządkowski. The show choreography was prepared by Marzanna Rutkowska. A special moment was the reading of a letter to the organizers and participants, prepared for the “Kwiat dojrzałości” final gala by First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda. Event organization at Arche Hotel Krakowska
The “Kwiat dojrzałości” project was the first of its kind in Poland. Its comprehensive delivery was managed by Anna Kurządkowska-Kosińska, the venue’s PR & EVENT Manager, who has ten years’ experience organizing and managing events, including television productions. For this project, she handled the entire production: preparing the brief, securing project and media partners, scheduling both group sessions, writing the script, and managing the final gala’s technical and artistic production. Julia Bąk, Community Animator at Arche Hotel Krakowska, handled ongoing social media coverage and reporting on the preparations. Julia also coordinated project activities during the group sessions. Tomasz Wójcik, Marketing Specialist, was responsible for graphic designs, their comprehensive preparation, and photographic support, including reportage photos during preparations.
Arche Hotel Krakowska is an excellent venue for fashion shows, group sessions and similar social projects. Its large, functional space made it easy to organize multi-day sessions with accommodation in comfortable rooms and delicious meals at the Hotelowa Impresja Restaurant. A major asset is the large Fuksja ballroom, offering up to 700 sq m—the final gala was held there.
