SEARCH FOR “MATURITY FLOWERS 2025” IS ONGOING
"Maturity Flower" is an original project by Arche Hotel Krakowska in Warsaw. It is the only initiative in Poland aimed at women aged 50 and over. Participation is completely free, and all expenses are covered by the organizer, Arche Hotel Krakowska. The project targets retired and pre-retirement women (in two age categories: 50-60 and 60+). It is for those who embrace challenges, seek unforgettable adventures, and those who feel a mission to share something valuable with other women.
What awaits the 2025 participants?
Two week-long stays at the four-star Arche Hotel Krakowska in Warsaw,
Formal dinners with the 20 finalists from across Poland,
Participation in various themed workshops, training sessions, and meetings with famous personalities,
A trip to one of the properties owned by the Arche S.A. Group,
Participation in a professional photo shoot and video recordings,
Gifts from event partners,
Grand final gala closing event on August 31, 2025.

03/20/2025 (Thursday) – first formal casting at Arche Hotel Geologiczna, Warsaw, 4 Geologiczna St (beside Arche Hotel Krakowska). We await all interested from 10:00 to 18:00.
04/01/2025 (Tuesday) - Arche Dwór Uphagena in Gdańsk, 1 Prof. Kieturakisa St, 14:00-20:00.
04/07/2025 (Monday) - Arche Hotel Częstochowa, 20 Oleńki St, 12:00-18:00.
What will the casting look like?
For castings in Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Częstochowa, arrive anytime within the stated times. No registration or appointment needed. A casting questionnaire (basic personal and contact details) will be completed on-site.
There is no strict dress code. Classic elegance: pants, shirt, blazer, suit, or favorite dress will be perfect. Remember to bring lots of optimism and good energy!
