This is a unique and the only initiative in Poland focused on activating women of retirement and pre-retirement age.
Inspiring women we seek
Should society appoint leaders for retired and pre-retired women and promote active women? YES! That’s why the project “Kwiat Dojrzałości” (“Flower of Maturity”) was created. We activate women of retirement and pre-retirement age, giving them control of their lives—while creating space for inner fulfillment and making dreams come true, because it’s never too late. The project runs workshops and meetings with people from Polish show business and business, and promotes active women leading important projects and those who engage in the community.
Casting participant
We selected 22 women for the final group
After casting sessions—over 100 women from across Poland—we selected 22 finalists for the first edition. The first retreat is at Arche Hotel Krakowska in Warsaw at the beginning of July. All selected women will attend workshops, meetings, recordings, and photo sessions for image building. After these activities, we’ll know each participant better. Please follow updates on the Project “Kwiat Dojrzałości”. From July, on archehotelkrakowska.pl in the Events section, you’ll learn more about the finalists—their backgrounds, stories, and activities. It’s a great chance to support and draw inspiration from examples of strong women changing their own lives and others’. There will also be integration: women from different parts of Poland (including Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Łomża, Starachowice, and Radom) will meet on site in Warsaw. Plans also include a visit to an Arche Hotels leisure property, plus shared meals and conversations.
The Final Gala is next
On 26 August, during the Final Gala— the project’s peak moment—titles of “Kwiat Dojrzałości” will be awarded. The Gala will be an opportunity to honor extraordinary women who inspire others through their commitment and social activities. The main laureate will become an ambassador for women’s events held at Arche Hotel Krakowska, and her example will shine for other women—especially senior women—who want to take control of their lives.

Events at Arche Hotel Krakowska
The hotel has been actively involved in social matters and initiatives for women. We’ve organized prevention events—Pink October (breast cancer awareness) and “Because you matter! You’re important!” (European Cervical Cancer Prevention Week). We also love entertainment: we’re already behind two Optymizm w Szpilkach (“Optimism in Heels”) editions for International Women’s Day.
Now Arche Hotel Krakowska offers another unique initiative for women after 50, to share exceptional stories and community contribution—while showcasing passions and achievements.
