CASTING SUMMARY
The castings for the "Flower of Maturity 2024" project have ended, held in Gdańsk, Częstochowa, and Warsaw. Nearly 200 women from all over Poland visited the hospitable venues of the Arche Group. Participants highlighted that they are motivated by the desire to share their knowledge and experience, as well as personal growth and fulfilling dreams through the project.
The enthusiasm and commitment of the candidates assure us of an exciting journey ahead, full of inspiration and mutual support. We eagerly await the next stage and getting to know everyone who decided to join our venture.
THE FINAL 24: WOMEN FROM POLAND AND ABROAD!
Record number of finalists! Last year, 22 participants qualified for the final, but this year, due to the wide range of exceptional candidates, we decided to invite as many as 24 ladies! Interest in the project exceeded our expectations – we received applicants not only from across the country but also from abroad! Women from Sweden, the UK, Lithuania, and Ukraine participated in the qualifiers. Also joining us are those who determinedly tried again after an unsuccessful attempt in last year's edition.
What distinguishes this year's finalists? Diversity! Different experiences, perspectives, and motivations. This mix will surely result in an exciting journey full of inspiration, mutual support, and shared growth.
We are confident this will be a unique edition of the project! We look forward to getting to know all the finalists better and achieving ambitious goals together.

FINALISTS SELECTED! SEE THE SUMMER PLAN!
The first meeting, to be held at Arche Hotel Krakowska in Warsaw, is scheduled for July 1-7. Participants will have professional photos taken and video presentations recorded, where they will talk about themselves and their passions. It will also be a chance for mutual integration and participation in various workshops, including women's health prevention and beauty care. Finalists will have the opportunity to visit one of the Arche Group venues. The second gathering will take place August 19-25, and the gala final is planned for Saturday, August 24. Before the gala, participants will have chances to learn choreography, try on outfits, and enjoy numerous meetings and surprises.
