Join the castings for the 2024 edition of Kwiat Dojrzałości, a project for active women.
“Kwiat Dojrzałości” is an original project run by Arche Hotel Krakowska in Warsaw. It is dedicated to women of retirement and pre-retirement age (in two age groups: 45–55 and 55+). It is for women who are unafraid of challenges and want an unforgettable adventure, as well as those who feel called to share something valuable with other women.
Competition castings
Last edition, we welcomed women from across Poland. To make travel and choosing a suitable date easier, this year we invite you to three casting sessions in different Polish cities:

What will the casting involve?
For the castings in Gdańsk, Częstochowa and Warsaw, please come in person at any time between 12:00 and 20:00. There will be a one-hour break (14:00–15:00).
No booking or registration is required. Casting forms can be completed on site (basic personal and contact details). Bring plenty of optimism and energy, and wear an elegant smart-casual outfit. The meeting will be held in an intimate atmosphere with participating women and the judges.
Who are we looking for?
It could be you! We invite women who are unafraid of new challenges, have a rich history of charitable and social work, support other people and institutions, and feel called to share something valuable with other women. We believe experienced women can be passionate and, most importantly, inspire others.

As you keep sending us the same questions, we decided to answer some of them and clear up a few doubts:
What should I wear to the casting?
We will be happy to meet you just as you are every day. Remember, however, that your outfit is your calling card, and first impressions matter. Wear your favourite dress, blazer, shirt, jeans, or skirt and blouse. “Smart casual” is ideal.
Can I wear makeup?
Absolutely. Subtle makeup that enhances your beauty will perfectly complete your look.
Do I need to let you know I am coming? Is registration required?
No advance registration or booking is required. You can complete the casting form on site.
