The Arche System® is a proprietary investment model based on the entire hotel’s performance, not one room.

For investors: receive monthly payments; income is calculated in proportion to the m² you own; and you earn from the entire property’s operations—even when your room is not rented. The minimum annual payment is at least 5% of the unit’s net price
(under the lease agreement for up to 10 years); promotional terms are available for selected investments.
This model combines real-estate investment security
with hotel-business predictability.

The first property under this model was Arche Hotel Puławska Residence in Warsaw, launching the Arche System®. Today, it is a proven model where many investors own units
in several chain hotels, building a stable
and diversified property portfolio.
